Return & Refund Policy
At Breakaway Designs, every custom order is created specifically for you. We take pride in producing high-quality, personalized products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because personalized products are made specifically to your specifications, all custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
This includes products with:
- Uploaded logos
- Custom text or names
- Personalized artwork
- Customer-approved designs
- Team, business, or organization customization
Please carefully review all spelling, dates, artwork, and customization details before placing your order.
If We Make a Mistake
If your item arrives with:
- Incorrect personalization compared to your approved order
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Wrong item received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if shipping damage occurred)
If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Customer Design Errors
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Misspelled names or text submitted by the customer
- Incorrect uploaded artwork or logos
- Customer-approved proofs that later contain mistakes
- Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
- Minor variations in wood grain, leather, engraving, or UV printing that naturally occur during production
Blank (Non-Custom) Products
Non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- They are unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Artwork and logo setup fees are non-refundable once design work has begun, even if the order is later canceled.
Shipping
Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary during busy seasons.
Breakaway Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
